What we collect

When you submit a form on this website — for example, to register interest in a field trial or partnership, or to send a general enquiry — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, region/LGA, and any message or details you enter.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any such tool goes live.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess fit for a field trial, co-development partnership, technical collaboration or supply chain partnership, and — where relevant and with your knowledge — to support grant applications (for example, referencing letters of support or expressions of interest you've provided). We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Storage & third parties

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) and may be stored in our internal contact management system for follow-up. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share it where required by law, or with your explicit consent.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@cwprecast.com.au. We handle these requests in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
